Mail Courier - I have an IMAP account and none of the messages are in my POP Inbox

We are looking into this further. However, for now you can create a "Rule" in Entourage (under the Tools menu), goto your IMAP account tab, make a rule for all messages to be copied to your Inbox.



Mail Courier - I get an error with the Missing Sync

This problem was fixed in version 1.1.4 which is available as a free download. Please visit our Downloads page.



Mail Courier - Whenever I try to synchronize I get a permissions error

There is some disk error (or file permissions error) at the bottom of all this. Any other time a customer reported this, that happened to be the problem. So try these steps:
1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator
2. Uninstall Mail Courier
3. Uninstall Entourage X (or 2004). (Don't delete your data, just delete Entourage).
4. If you have older or multiple versions of Entourage, delete them.
5. Restart your Mac.
6. Run Disk Utility, Click on the First Aid tab, click on your hard drive and run Repair Disk permissions.
7. Reinstall Entourage X (or 2004).
8. Reinstall Mail Courier.
This should resolve the issue.



Mail Courier - I have Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and I get a permissions error when installing

The system is assigned ownership of the "[HD]:Library:Application Support:Palm HotSync:Conduits" folder and it is also locked and marked read only. You need to assign ownership to your username, unlock it, and set it to read write permissions for yourself.



Mail Courier - I have Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and the registration dialog won't come up

This is a problem that was circumvented in 1.1.2 which is available as a free download. Please visit our Downloads page.



Mail Courier - What folders do you synchronize?

We currently synchronize your Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Filed Mail, Sent Items, and Deleted Items. To synchronize more quickly you can archive anything in your Sent Items or Deleted Items.



Mail Courier - I have a Tungsten and Mail Courier 1.0 and I can't view my emails?

Mail Courier 1.0 customers can upgrade for free to version 1.1. Mail Courier 1.1 includes Ligature Mail which will run on Tungsten T allowing you to view emails that are in the Palm Mail format.



Mail Courier - Do you support VersaMail, ClieMail, or TreoMail?

Unfortunately, no. We have not been able to acquire the specifications for those products. However, Ligature Mail will run on Tungsten T, Tungsten W, Clie NZ90, Clie TG50, or any other Palm OS 5.0 device, giving you the same functionality you would have gotten with Palm Mail.



Mail Courier - I can't uninstall
